How do I apply for an account?
Answer
Go to our Become a Dealer page and complete the New Dealer Applicaion Packet (pdf). Send your completed application to newaccounts@jerryssports.com or fax to 1-800-323-3006.

I have an Ellett Brothers account. Does that mean I have a Jerry's Sports Center account as well?
Answer
No. Having an Ellett Brothers account does not mean that you have a Jerry's Sports Center account.

Question
Can I apply for an Jerry's Sports Center account if I have an Ellett Brothers account?
Answer
No. As of April 1st 2015, we will no longer grant Jerry's Sports Center accounts to existing Ellett Brothers dealers.

Question
What if I do not have a FFL or SOT tax stamp?
Answer
We do not require dealers to have an FFL or SOT tax stamp to be approved for an account.

Question
What if I do not have a retail storefront?
Answer
Our policy is that all of our dealers must have, and maintain, a brick and mortar retail store.

Question
What if my store is in my house?
Answer
We do not sell to any dealers conducting business out of their residence.

What if my business is online?
Answer
We do not sell to anyone whose sole business is online.

What if my store is new and I do not have inventory?
Answer
We understand that new businesses may not be able to supply inventory pictures. We will accept interior pictures of your store as long as your display cases, counters and racks are in place. An opening order may be required.

Question
Will I need an opening order and how much will it be?
Answer
An opening order may be required. The decision will be made at the time we receive your new dealer application. The maximum opening order will be no more than $2500.

Question
I do not want a line of credit. Why do I have to complete a credit application?
Answer
Jerry's Sports Center requires all new dealers to complete a credit application regardless of chosen payment terms.

Question
How do I request a login for your commerce storefront?
Answer
If you already have a Dealer account with Jerry's Sports Center, simply click on the DEALER LOGIN.  When the login screen appears, select the REQUEST A WEBSITE LOGIN option. Complete the form, read and check the Affidavit box, then click SUBMIT . Within the day, you will receive a confirmation email that your request has been completed.

How long does it take to receive a login after requesting it?
Answer
Once you have requested a login you will receive an activation email within 24 hours. The only exception is when the login is requested over the weekend. Then you will receive the activation notice the first business day we return.

How do I clear my browser's cache?

To Clear Your Cache in INTERNET EXPLORER:
  1. Open the Tools menu, and select Internet Options.
  2. Click "Delete.." under Browsing history.
  3. Select "Temporary Internet files" ONLY, and click "Delete".
  4. When complete, restart the browser and log back into our site.


To Clear Your Cache in MOZILLA FIREFOX:
  1. Open the Tools menu, and select Clear Private Data.
  2. In the Clear the following items now list, select Cache, and any other private data you want to delete.
  3. Click Clear Private Data Now.


To Clear Your Cache in NETSCAPE:
  1. Open the Edit menu, and select Preferences.
  2. Expand the Advanced menu by clicking on the plus sign (+).
  3. Select Cache, and click Clear Cache.
  4. Click Ok.


To Clear Your Cache using FIREFOX on a MACINTOSH:
  1. Open the Tools menu, and select Clear Private Data.
  2. Select the box for Cache.
  3. Click Clear Private Data Now.


To Clear Your Cache using SAFARI on a MACINTOSH:
  1. Open the Safari menu.
  2. Select Empty Cache.
  3. In the Dialog box, click Empty.
